Jarvis to play Oxfam

Indie Godfather Jarvis Coker has offered to give charity Oxfam a boost by performing a one off instore at an as yet undisclosed branch of the shop.
The beanpole former Pulp front man and Brighton indie outfit The Kooks will be appearing at an Oxfam of their choice on October 1 somewhere in London.
As part of the OxFam series, Hot Chip will play in a different store on October 3 alongside Bobby Friction. Hot Chip's singer Joe Goddard said: "It's something that's close to our hearts and is obviously also a good cause."
Other artists lined up to play the instores include Norman Cook and Killa Kela.
