 dark haired good looking Elvis Presley sang don't be cruel , suspion, in the ghetto, the girl of my best friend among many many others. sadly he has passed away now and A handgun that once belonged to music legend Elvis Presley has been stolen from a museum in Memphis that was dedicated to the star. The gun was taken during a celebration to mark the 30th anniversary of his death from a display case in the 'Elvis After Dark' museum. CCTV cameras caught a man taking the weapon from the stand after it was discovered on Friday that a glass panel had been unfastened. |

A pistol stolen from a museum during the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Elvis Presley's death has been found in a toilet.
The 9mm Smith & Wesson - which once belonged to the music legend - was taken from a display case in the 'Elvis After Dark' exhibit at his mansion Graceland.
CCTV cameras caught a man opening the glass case and taking the weapon out on August 14.
Travis Brookins has now handed the gun in to police, claiming he discovered it while cleaning portable toilets behind the exhibit hall.
"He called us and said he thinks he had the gun and brought it to us", said Memphis police Lt. Jerry Gwyn, adding that he believes the thief may have dropped it into the toilet by accident.
Thousands of fans flocked to Memphis last week to mark the anniversary of the King's death in 1977.
