The Police to record a new album?

Andy Summers, the guitarist from The Police, has suggested that the group are considering recording a new album together when their reunion world tour finishes.
The three-piece decided to reform earlier this year for the first time since 1984, but they had no plans to make any new material when they agreed to embark on their tour.
But Summers has now hinted that getting back in the studio would be a "challenge" for the 'Roxanne' hitmakers, who broke up due to bad relations within the band.
The guitarist told the Associated Press: "It's sort of like living with the elephant in the room. I would see it as a challenge, to make an absolutely brilliant pop album at this stage of our career, and that would be something quite remarkable
