Aerosmith sued by fans
Aerosmith are facing a $20 million lawsuit from their fans after the cancellation of a show in Hawaii recently.
The rock veterans were due to play a concert at the Maui War Memorial Stadium last month but pulled it at the last minute, because of "scheduling conflicts".
Many people have now demanded their money back, with lawyer Brandee Faria representing fans who want compensation for non-ticket costs, such as travelling expenses.
Aerosmith were due to conclude their six month world tour at the Hawaii gig but instead played a final show in Chicago, insisting they did not have time to transport their equipment.
Despite apologising for the no show, a legal action has been prompted by fan Lisa Sanchez, who claims to have lost $120 on plane tickets.
If a judge deems the band to have behaved inappropriately by cancelling the gig, each potential member of the 20,000- capacity audience could be eligible for $1000.
Aerosmith have yet to comment on the lawsuit.
