Joe Dolce doltʃe originally pronounced dolts; born 1947 in Painesville, Ohio) is an American-born, Australian-resident singer/songwriter who achieved fame with the song "Shaddap You Face", recorded under his vehicle, the group named Joe Dolce Music Theatre. He currently performed solo shows and with his longtime partner, Lin Van Hek, in Difficult women, which has been together since 1993.
Dolce is of Italian ancestry, and received the Advance Australia Award in 1981.
