the Undertones formed in Derry,Northern Ireland in 1975. they came renowned for combining lyrical invention and musical flair with intelligent simplicity. Teenage kicks was much loved by D.J John Peel it was one of the influential songs of the post punk era. they reformed in 1999 without the influential Fergal Sharkey and are still pumping out their classic hits with some new material.
